By scheduling or receiving notary services from All In One Solutions LLC, whether as a Walk-In, Mobile, or Remote Online Notary (RON) appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Section 1 – Notary Services Provided

All In One Solutions LLC provides professional notarial services in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.

Available services include:

Walk-In Notary Services – Clients visit our designated office or approved meeting location for notarization.

Mobile Notary Services – A commissioned Notary Public travels to the client's requested location.

Remote Online Notarization (RON) – Documents are notarized electronically using an approved remote online notarization platform where permitted by law.

General Notarial Acts

The Notary Public acts as an impartial witness to the signing of documents. The Notary Public cannot provide legal advice, prepare legal documents unless otherwise authorized by law, or explain the legal effect of any document.

Section 2 – Service-Specific Requirements

Walk-In Notary Services

Clients receiving walk-in services agree to:

Arrive on time for the scheduled appointment.

Bring all documents requiring notarization.

Present valid government-issued photo identification.

Sign documents only in the presence of the Notary unless the document has already been legally signed as permitted by law.

Understand that waiting times may vary if other appointments are in progress.

Mobile Notary Services

Clients receiving mobile notary services agree to:

Be present at the agreed-upon location at the scheduled appointment time.

Ensure the meeting location is safe, accessible, and appropriate for conducting a notarization.

Understand that travel fees compensate the Notary for travel time and expenses and are non-refundable once travel has begun.

Notify All In One Solutions LLC immediately if the appointment location changes.

Remote Online Notary (RON)

Clients receiving Remote Online Notary services agree to:

Use a device equipped with a working camera, microphone, and stable internet connection.

Successfully complete all identity verification requirements required by law.

Participate in the required audio/video session.

Understand that the remote notarization session may be recorded as required by applicable law.

Acknowledge that electronic signatures and electronic notarizations have the same legal effect as traditional notarizations where permitted by law.
