By requesting, scheduling, or paying for Process Serving services through All In One Solutions LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Section 1 – Services Provided
All In One Solutions LLC provides professional Process Serving services in accordance with applicable state laws and court requirements.
Services may include:
Standard Process Serving
Rush Process Serving (when available)
Multiple Service Attempts (based on the selected package)
Affidavit/Proof of Service
GPS & Time-Stamped Service Documentation (when applicable)
Client Portal Status Updates
Court Filing (if purchased as an additional service)
Acceptance of documents does not guarantee successful service.
Section 2 – Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Provide complete and accurate information about the person or business to be served.
Submit clear, complete, and legible copies of all documents.
Provide accurate addresses, phone numbers, employer information, photographs, vehicle information, or any other information that may assist in locating the individual.
Inform All In One Solutions LLC of any known safety concerns or restrictions.
Ensure all documents are legally ready for service.
The client understands that inaccurate or incomplete information may delay or prevent successful service.
Section 3 – Service Attempts
Service attempts are based on the package selected at the time of booking.
The client understands that:
The number of service attempts is limited to the selected package.
Attempts may occur on different days and at different times.
The Process Server determines the most appropriate times to attempt service.
Additional attempts may be available for an additional fee.
Section 4 – No Guarantee of Service
All In One Solutions LLC cannot guarantee that documents will be successfully served.
Service may be unsuccessful due to circumstances including but not limited to:
The individual cannot be located.
Incorrect or outdated address information.
The individual has moved.
The individual refuses to answer the door.
The individual actively avoids service.
Safety concerns.
Weather or emergency conditions.
Legal restrictions preventing service.
Payment covers professional service attempts, travel, time, and documentation—not a guaranteed successful service.
Section 5 – Client Portal & Case Updates
Clients may receive updates through the Client Portal, including:
Service Request Received
Documents Assigned
First Service Attempt
Additional Service Attempts
Successfully Served
Unable to Serve
Affidavit Completed
Case Closed
Updates may include dates, times, GPS location information (when applicable), photographs (when legally permitted), and service notes.
Section 6 – Affidavit of Service
When service is successfully completed, All In One Solutions LLC will prepare an Affidavit (Proof) of Service when required.
The affidavit certifies:
Date of service
Time of service
Method of service
Location of service
Identity of the individual served (when applicable)
Name of the Process Server
The affidavit reflects the facts of service only and is not legal advice.
Section 7 – Fees & Payment
Payment is required according to the selected service package.
Additional fees may apply for:
Additional service attempts
Skip tracing
Long-distance travel beyond the included mileage
Court filing
Emergency or same-day service
Waiting time requested by the client
Printing or copying services
Services may not begin until payment has been received unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Section 8 – Cancellation & Refund Policy
If work has not yet begun, cancellation requests may be considered.
Once documents have been assigned, research has begun, travel has started, or a service attempt has been made, fees become earned.
Refunds will not be issued because:
The individual cannot be located.
The individual refuses service.
Incorrect information was provided.
The individual moved or cannot be found.
The client changes their mind after work has begun.
Court deadlines are missed due to information provided by the client.
If All In One Solutions LLC makes an administrative error, reasonable efforts will be made to correct the issue whenever possible.
Section 9 – Limitation of Liability
All In One Solutions LLC is responsible only for providing professional Process Serving services.
We are not responsible for:
Court rulings or case outcomes.
Attorney decisions.
Legal advice.
Delays caused by the courts.
Delays caused by inaccurate client information.
Decisions made by judges or government agencies.
Section 10 – Confidentiality
All client information and documents will be treated as confidential.
Information may only be disclosed:
As required by law.
To complete the requested services.
By court order.
With the client's written authorization.
Section 11 – Communication
The client authorizes All In One Solutions LLC to communicate regarding the case through:
Client Portal
Email
Telephone
Text Message (if provided)
Communication may include appointment confirmations, service updates, invoices, and completed affidavits.
Section 12 – Acknowledgment
By selecting "I Agree" and requesting Process Serving services, I certify that:
I have read and understand this agreement.
I understand that Process Serving cannot be guaranteed.
I understand payment is for professional service attempts and related work, not a guaranteed result.
I certify that the information and documents I provide are accurate to the best of my knowledge.
I understand and agree to the Cancellation and No Refund Policy.
I authorize All In One Solutions LLC to perform Process Serving services on my behalf in accordance with applicable laws.
